A opravdu se mi libila.

Neni to "Dieta" jak by se z naszvu mohlo zdat, jedna se zivotni styl.. Jednoduse definovany takto:

Fiber-rich grains
Avocados, oils and healthy fats
Spinach and leafy greens
Turkey nad lean meats

&

Legumes
Eggs and dairy
Apples and other fruits
Nuts and seeds

+ Quality protein, mood-boosting folate, brain-building omega-3s and fiber-rich carbs like whole froits and vegetables

- Refined carbs, salt, high-fructose corny syrup and other sweeteners and trans fats

Zadne pocitani kalorii nebo striktni dieta tu nehrozi... hlavnim motem je zabava.

Hodne zajimave mi prisli tzv. Zelene smootie, ktere jsou napriklad se spenatem nebo rukolou..... zni to trochu crazy, ale mozna to zkusim :-))
