Jillian Michaels - Winning by Losing: Drop the Weight, Change Your Life


Konecne jsem docetla posledni z knih od Jillian, ktere jsem mela. 

Celkem uz jste mohli cist o techto dvou:
Jillian Michaels - Making the Cut: The 30-Day Diet and Fitness Plan for the Strongest, Sexiest You  (2008)
Jillian Michaels - Slim for Life: My Insider Secrets to Simple, Fast, and Lasting Weight Loss (2013)

Tahle je z nich nejstarsi - datum vydani bylo 2007.

Opet se jedna o knihu, ktera Vam da prehled o tom, co jist a co ne. Co cvicit a jak, abyste kompletne zmenili svuj zivot a byli zdravejsi - stihlejsi a stastnejsi.

Obecne zadna z knih od Jillian neni zadna 30 denní dieta... To u ni necekejte, tady jde o "Changing life style" a to naporad.

Diva se na veci jinak, logicky, tak, abyste je opravdu mohli implementovat do sveho zivota.
